Browse Help topics

  1. In this Help, click the Contents tab.
 
  1. Click a book or topic title.
 
  1. To browse back through your Help history, click Back on the Help toolbar.

Search for a word or phrase in Help

  1. In this Help, click the Search tab.
 
  1. In the box, type the word or phrase you want.
 
  1. To limit search results, do one of the following:

    To limit the search to topics in which the words you specify appear next to each other, type the phrase or multiple words in quotation marks (").

    To search using Boolean operators, type AND, OR, NEAR, or NOT between words (for example, typing router and security lists those topics that include both the word router and the word security in them).
 
  1. Click List Topics, and then double-click a topic title to view it. 
 

Search for a word in a topic

  1. Display the topic.
 
  1. Press CTRL+F.
 
  1. Type the word, and then click Find Next.
 

Tips for using Help

Do this ...

Show Help topics.

Either of the following:

· From the Help menu, select Help.

· When you are using Network Magic, press F1.

Search for an index entry.

1. Click the Index tab.

2. In the box, type the word you want.

3. Double-click an index entry.

Close the Help window.
