About network map areas

The network map is an intuitive way to check the state of network connections, computers, and devices.

This Computer

The This Computer area includes the current computer where you are running Network Magic and viewing the network map

Other Devices

The Other Devices area includes computer and devices that are a regular part of your home network.

When you first install Network Magic, it detects devices currently connected to your home network and automatically accepts them. Afterward, Network Magic automatically detects when a new network device connects. For more information, see About new network devices.

Intruders

The Intruders area includes computers and devices you or others in your home are tracking as intruders.
