Tip - What can be undeleted?Messages that you have deleted within the last few hours prior to the daily trash collection can be sucessfully undeleted. e.g. If you have deleted a message at 10 am you can sucessfully go back and undeleted (retrieve) it as long as the trash collection has not yet happened. The trash collection takes place during the daily backup for each server - details about the backup schedule can be found in a message in the OU Service News conference on your desktop. |
