Intel Web Design Effects (WDE) gives you cool atmospheric and distortion effects without the long painful wait typical with animation downloads. It transforms static images into dynamic presentations.

Observe: You will notice the clouds moving by the window of the Dragon's Castle, the burning torch and the movement on the pool. This is all accomplished by the use of Intel Web Design Effects, a client based animation experience from Intel Architecture Labs.
