- Term is a program to implement a slip-like connection between 2
unix machines. It isn't sl/ip. It runs entirely in user mode
and requires no kernel support or root access on either end. It
runs on both ands and does multiplexing, error correction, and
compression over a serial connection.
Currently Michael O'Reilly is too busy for term developement, or
to respond to your letters. Please drop him a postcard to say
you like "term".
