cross compilation, sunos4.1* to linux

Description:

For compiling linux kernel under SunOS4. "go" builds it, locally, at least. Contains gcc, binutils, gas, Bruce Evans' as and ld, &c. Patches are organized with one file "per thing changed", to make it easy to mix and match patches. "cobble" applies the patches Should be easy to generalize for other platforms, though, if gcc, gas and binutils are supported on the machine in question. Will probably be growing smaller in the future... Should be easy to drop in new versions of STD utilities.
