umsperf - an Umsdos (not specific) bentchmark.

- umsperf is a rather simple and not complete bentchmark to test
and compare performance between various version of Umsdos,
between Umsdos FS and Msdos FS, and between Umsdos and any
other Linux FS.
This is a modified version of FSPERF made by
Werner Almesberger (almesber@bernina.ethz.ch)
