header includes the mail header fields as well as the following
fields: `>Number:', `>Category:', `>Synopsis:',
`>Confidential:', `>Severity:', `>Priority:',
`>Responsible:', `>State:', `>Class:',
`>Submitter-Id:', `>Originator:', `>Release:', and
`>Arrival-Date:'. For suggestions on using alternate output
formats in database reports, see section Reporting on groups of Problem Reports.
This approach may seem heavy-handed, but it
ensures that changes are not overwritten.
