A Corporate Site License may only be granted to an 
"Identified Operating Facility."

5) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

  • Fax or Post  (Not available via Secure On-line Server - signature required)

Best for:

  • For a company or corporation (Third Party) wishing to include Auscomp's product into their own specified software product - NOT available for Intranet or Extranet products. 
  • Specified software product maintained and supported entirely by Third Party.

For example:

  • As the navigation system for the on-line documentation in the Third Party's own software product.

Summary:

  • Each of the applets may be placed within the Third Party's SPECIFIED software product (Provided that it does not compete with Auscomp's products).
  • Commander (editing tool) CANNOT be included into the Third Party's SPECIFIED software product.
  • FREE support e-mails for the named Third Party only.

The entire End User License Agreement (EULA) is included within each product and together with the license chosen, forms part of the SOFTWARE Agreement.

The purchase (licensing) of the SOFTWARE, means that the LICENSEE agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the EULA and the selected license in combination together.
