Configuration File Options Listing

The following list of commands are available in the Templeton configuration file.

Add add a URL to process
Allow specify a URL path which is retrievable
Authorize specify a username and password for protected web pages
Command_default specify the default command to execute on retrieved files
Command_html specify the command to execute on retrieved HTML documents
Commang_image specify the command to execute on retrieved images
Command_map specify the command to execute on retrieved image maps
Command_url specify the command to execute on all URLs
Deny prevent retrieval of URLs in a path
DNSLookup hostname resolution to identify a web server by multiple names
Exclusion support for the Standard for Robot Exclusion (/robots.txt)
FATFormat 8.3 or long filename support
FileCaseFormat upper-case, lower-case, or mixed-case filename support
FileOverwrite specify when files should be overwritten
Index specifies the default directory index name
Interactive determine whether Templeton should prompt for input
ISMAP identifies the default imagemap processor
LocalPath the destination directory for storing retrieved files
Mailto-File file for storing mailing lists
Mapfile explicitly create a filename mapping (used by Update-File)
MapType specify default imagemap format
Proxy-Authorize specify a username and password for protected proxy servers
ProxyHost the hostname of the local proxy server
ProxyPort the HTTP (web) port on the local proxy server
Register registration code
RestrictDepth maximum number of links to follow
RestrictDuration determine maximum runtime
RestrictHost inform Templeton not to leave the initial host
RestrictImages should images on other servers be retrieved?
RestrictPath path on restricted host where documents can be retrieved
RestrictStopTime time of day when Templeton should stop running
RemoteMapping specify whether a remote mapping file should be generated
RemoveRestricted should restricted links be removed from retrieved documents?
Server-File log file containing type of servers encountered
Sleep amount of delay before network requests
Spoof masquerade as a different web browser or robot
Update URL that should be updated if newer (used by Update-File)
Update-File configuration file containing URLs visited and encountered
User the e-mail address or contact information of the person running Templeton


The following list of commands are available in this version of the Templeton configuration file. These commands are for temporary testing of new options and may not be available in future releases.
