In this case it is the CD itself that should be updated by this publication. By making this choice for the users here, their experience is simplified as SoftCD Client will not need to ask them where to update the Publication. If these restrictions were omitted it would be possible for the users to update copies of the CD on their hard-drives or on a shared server for access in an office, but this is not required in this case.
