When the field engineers receive their CDs they open them and find the following:

The CD contains an instructions file called 'Readme.doc' which explains what is on the CD and what they must do to use it.

As well as the readme file there are installers, some unencrypted content, and two SoftCD files:

• The vault file
• The amendment link file

After reading the instructions and installing SoftCD, the user continues by double-clicking on the SoftCD link file to update the CD.
