The grid displays one full week of resource timesheets with the days of the week across the top and the activities or projects performed by the resource on the left. Each cell in the grid contains the total time devoted to a specific activity or project on a particular day. Along the bottom of the page totals are displayed for the total amount of time devoted to all projects or activities on a particular day and there associated cost and charge. Down the right hand side of the page totals are displayed for the time, cost and charge for a specific activity or project that week.
The lower panel of the page displays the Timesheet Entries for the currently selected cell in the main Grid. This means that when a cell is selected in the main grid, the lower panel displays all of the details that lie behind the total time being displayed. For example…
If the main grid is displaying projects, the lower panel will display all of the activity information on the selected cell.
