SoftCD

iOra's SoftCD does what many would think impossible - it enables you to update a CD-ROM after it's been published. Obviously PC Plus are absolutely thrilled to have found a product that can help us correct not only mistakes, but keep other information on the CDs up-to-date.

If you're a regular reader of PC Plus and have the January 2000 issue, you can install the first of your updates now. See the SuperCD Updates page for details. If you don't have that issue, take a look at the demo below, and visit the CD update page on the PC Plus Web site to see if there's any updates to this disk.

Of course, SoftCD is incredibly useful for more than just computing publications. Reps can keep their product catalogues and pricelists up-to-date with the click of a button. Minimum System Requirements: Client: Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT version 4 (or later), 3MB disk space for SoftCD Client itself, Sufficient additional disk space to hold the amendment information of each publication - typically this will be a small percentage of the base content size.

Uninstall: Yes - Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

Installation

Click the icon to the left to install SoftCD Client.

Click the icon to the left to install SoftCD Publisher Trial.
