Until recently installing software from the SuperCD involved clicking through various warnings and dialog boxes before you even began the installation. You had to remember to 'Run the file from its current location' not 'Save to disk', and you frequently got confusing Security Warnings saying 'Authenticode signature not found'. There was a good reason for this - running any old program directly from the internet is not a good idea, and your browser was right to warn you. But it undoubtably caused confusion - we received a lot of complaints about it. People had put the SuperCD in their CD-ROM with the express intention of installing software, and felt they didn't need to be warned!
This SuperCD is different. An ActiveX control called IntraLaunch launches the installation programs directly from the CD, just as if you'd executed them from your hard drive. The first time you encounter a page with an install button on it, it may take slightly longer than usual to load, but after that you should not even notice it. To test your browser with IntraLaunch, click the Setup icon above.
