The current release of MaxBase is v1.06 dated May, 28 1997,
built upon RXDBase v1.06, May 28 1997. OS/2 users: please refer also to readme.os2 and/or the "Smartguide to MaxBase" which has been installed on your system (the latter only works under Warp 4, and only if you have installed WarpGuides support) to learn about integration of MaxBase with the WorkPlace Shell.
 Many thanks to Giuseppe Aprile for his great .dbf <--> .dat conversion utilities and Andrea Resmini for his very helpful work on the artworks, html-ization of this document and the web pages.
