CLNG                     Convert to Long Integer

 y = CLNG(numexpr)

    Converts a specified numeric expression to a long integer, by
    rounding.

     numexpr    A numeric expression in the range -2 to the thirty-first
                power to +2 to the thirty-first power (approximately -2
                billion to 2 billion).
