$SOUND                   Declare Size of Background Music Buffer

 $SOUND size

    Declares the maximum size of the background music buffer.

        size    A numeric constant in the range 1 to 4096, specifying the
                size, in notes, of the background music buffer. Default:
                32 notes.

      Notes:    Each note requires 8 bytes of memory.

                The default size can be set and saved using the Music
                Buffer item in the Options menu.
