SEEK                     Set Binary File Pointer

 SEEK [#] filenum,position

    Sets the position in a binary file at which the next GET$ or PUT$ will
    take effect.

     filenum    The number under which a file was OPENed in BINARY mode.

    position    A numeric expression specifying, in bytes, the offset at
                which the next GET$ or PUT$ will take effect.
