ERL Line Number of Most Recent Error

 y = ERL

    Returns the program line number at which the most recent error
    occurred.

   -------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Notes: If an error occurs on an unnumbered program line, ERL
                returns the last line number before the program line that
                caused the error. If no line numbers are used at all, ERL
                returns 0.

                Inclusion of ERL in a program results in the generation of
                an additional four bytes of code per program statement.
