        AH = FFh
Return: AL = interrupt number to which BIOS keyboard handler has been relocated
        AL+1 = Zoom interrupt number
        BX = hotkey
Note:   The default interrupts are 60h for keyboard and 61h for Zoom interrupt;
          the default hot key is F10
