INT 61 - OPTIMA 1024 VGA-Sync - SET ZOOM OFFSET
        AX = 0008h
        BX = X start of zoom offset
        CX = Y start of zoom offset
Notes:  specifies the first byte of video memory to appear in the zoom window
        INT 61h is the default interrupt; the actual interrupt number can be
          obtained by calling INT 16/AH=FFh
