In this version (ICQmulti v1.1) I've added a toggle that lets you
automatically AVOID starting ICQ when you've booted with SoftICE running --
I've found this a great convenience, because ICQ always interferes with
IP-debugging...  and occausionally crashes badly if started under SoftICE
(apparently SoftICE causes some delay that makes ICQ malfunction
occausionally if we start multiple copies of it).

I first noticed that problem (ICQ crashing under SoftICE) after using
ICQmulti v1.0 for a couple'a days.  All of a sudden, I got some sort of error
in some ICQ DLL...  (was OLEsomething I think).  Anyway, I rebooted without
SoftICE, and ICQ refused to work (its configuration had become corrupted).  I
tracked the problem down, and found two files in  \ICQ\ICQFiles  that needed
replacing (icqpndb.idx and icqpndb.dat)...  I replaced those from backup, and
everything worked again, without affecting my contect lists, message
  archives, etc.

Anyway, the new switch is '-n' as in '-notWithSoftICE'...  '-s' also does the
  same thing (as in '-SoftICEdetect')

Run ICQmulti.exe without parameters for concise, self-explanatory
  instructions.
