• Problem:
    The F10 key doesn't work.

    Solution:
    Click F10 on the keypad at the bottom of the Host On-Demand window.
    (The F10 key on the keyboard is reserved for Host On-Demand's use.)

  • Problem:
    Your keyboard is locked.

    Solution:
    Attempt to put focus on the Host On-Demand window by clicking in the window area under the title bar.

  • Problem:
    You want to resize your window.

    Solution:

    If your session is a browser window, you cannot resize. You may have to scroll to view the entire window.

    You can resize your Host On-Demand session if it is a separate window. To make the window wider, drag the window border to the size you want.

  • Problem:
    You have encountered a screen display problem.

    Solution:
    Do one of the following:

    • Press Esc
    • Press your clear key

  • Problem:
    Your problem is not listed, and you have Internet connectivity.

    Solution:
    You can review the latest     usage note and bug lists for your release of IBM Host On-Demand.
