Before calling for technical support, please use our technical support request form. This form gives us information that we will need to help you. In most cases, we will have your answer as soon as we see it. It also allows us to bypass the standard line of questioning that can take as much as a half hour on the phone before we can start helping you. This includes things like your computer setup, operating system, etc.
