The cover features a photograph from the Broadway production, which starred Tom Ewell in the same role he played in the movie and Vanessa Brown in the role which Marilyn later brought to life on the screen. An additional two photos from the Broadway production are contained within.

Henry's short stories which includes The Cop and the Anthem. That story, of course, is the one in which Marilyn appeared in the movie O. Henry's Full House.
