also have to realize that the glitz is only a very small part of it. There are a lot of things that you could get into that maybe are not so great. You just have to be smart about the fact that this is a business world. Simple, that's the only thing I could say. You need lawyers, accountants, agents, and you need to know how to work with that. But, for any young person that is coming into this, just remember what you were taught at home. That's what I did as I was growing in the industry. I just remember growing up with a sense of knowing where my feet were, and I kept my head as close to my feet as possible. I didn't just let my head blow up and dissipate into thin air. [If I had] I would be stuck with a whole bunch of problems and a portfolio and a dream lost. Try and make the most of it and share positiveness with people. That is always what I tried to do, so just remember, it's a business! RR: Speaking of business, we are dealing right now with a technological boom and you're the second woman of color who is a supermodel on the Internet. You are in fact in Cyberspace. We have a feeling you will become one of the big hits on the Internet. Do you think that this new technology will enable other people to grow perhaps a little closer because this is after all an international way of communicating with one another. Roshumba: Well, first of all, let me say that I am extremely happy to be one of the first women of color to enter the space age Net. I'm having a lot of fun with it; the thought and possibilities of it. The fact that someone can stroke a key on a computer, they can have direct access to whatever I'm selling, whatever I'm talking about or whatever is going on in my life at that particular point in time.
