- Relax, You have plenty of time to
get ready for your modeling career.
- Your diet is a key factor in looking
your best. Eat fresh foods, fruits and vegetables.
- Eat 3 meals a day, limit your fat
intake and read labels.
- Avoid salt, sugar, chocolate, fried
foods and dairy products (i.e. cheese and ice cream).
- Drink plenty of water (8 to 10 glasses a day)
- Work out regularly.
- CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE = BURNING BODY FAT
- Recommended exercise includes jogging, stairmaster, aerobics, bike
riding, tennis, swimming, basketball and weightlifting.
- NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
- Your body needs rest so get plenty
of sleep. Fatigue and stress show dramatically in the camera's eye.
- Learn to accept your natural beauty
with a minimum of makeup and hair styling products.
- Ultimately you are selling yourself. How you feel is more important than what you wear.
