Tyra Models at Party for Marc BouwerSupermodel Tyra Banks (pictured) was one of the celebrities to appear at a party for fashion designer Marc Bouwer. The "Daily News" reports that the party was thrown by songwriter Denise Rich, who thinks Bouwer's sense of color inspires her music.
Appearing with Tyra were such notables as Eartha Kitt, Martha Wash and the ever impish Bijou Phillips. Bouwer has designed for a wide variety of celebrities, including Toni Braxton, Natalie Cole and Raquel Welch among others. With a growing number of other designers, Bouwer used Ivanka Trump as one of his runway models. While many in the fashion community huffed at how they think Ivanka got onto the runway, she's been coming into her own on her own. She made numerous appearances during Fashion Week and she's on the cover of "Seventeen" this month. |
