Magic Drop in Penthouse

The "Daily News" (January 24, 1996) reports that David Copperfield worked his magic again with the owners of a luxurious penthouse apartment at the Galleria. David and Claudia Schiffer have had their eyes on this apartment for some time, but the asking price, $18 million, was a bit too much, especially when you consider the apartment has a sky terrace that the entire building has access to! Who knows who could peek through the windows? Partly for that reason, David managed to talk down the price to $11 million. So, now we wait and see if David will make this small investment for a cozy spot in the sky!
