The "Daily News" (December 27, 1996) reports that supermodel Elle Macpherson and actor George Clooney were spotted walking quite cozily together at a bar in L.A.'s Mondrian Hotel. It turns out they were meeting actor Chris O'Donnell. The paper also noted that Macpherson was seen with financier Arky Buisson the night before.

The "New York Post" (December 21, 1996) reports that supermodel Veronica Webb has been dating with, a waiter from Match restaurant on Mercer Street for the last couple of months. Tunde Whitten, Webb's friend is a writer and filmmaker on the side.
