Cindy's New Book

"Parade Magazine" (November 10, 1996) reports that supermodel Cindy Crawford released a new book last month, "Cindy Crawford's Basic Face: A Makeup Wookbook." The 30-year-old model plans to make numerous TV appearances to plug her new book and is putting a lot of time and effort into making it successful. If all goes well, she plans to persue a writing career.

UNICEF's Spokeswoman

The "Daily News" (November 12, 1996) reports that supermodel Vendela, this year's spokeswoman for UNICEF, will be hosting a dinner and screening of "Fly Away Home." It will be held November 12th at Planet Hollywood for 72 international children .
