Helping Hand to War Orphans
- The "Daily News" (November 26, 1996) reports that supermodel Georgianna Robertson just returned home from a trip in Croatia. She went over to help pass out teddy bears to the Bosnian war's orhans. Georgianna is also celebrating being the third
black model to appear on the cover of "French Vogue". The other two model are Iman and Naomi Campbell.
No Retirement, Just Yet!
- The "New York Post" (November 27, 1996) reports that 74-year-old designer Bill Blass has no intention of retiring just yet! He is having too much fun donating his money ($10 million to the New York Public Library last year) and investing in his
new projects. He just opened a boutique in Singapore, and within next two years is planning to have stores in Hong Kong, Jakarta and Bangkok. Blass also just came out with a new accessory line.
