Valeria Finds New AgencyJohn Casablancas to the rescue! As reported yesterday, Valeria Mazza jumped ship at Ford and clambered about Casablancas' Elite Models. Not one to pass on opportunity, the minute he heard Valeria was available, the co-owner of Elite flew to Paris to successfully convince Mazza to join his agency. Valeria is hoping that Elite can put her into megamodeldom, which she claims Ford couldn't.
It's All for the KidsOn April 13th, "Kids 4 Kids" Pediatric AIDS benefit will be held at Industrial Studios in the West Village. The event was started years ago by AIDS activist Elizabeth Glaser. The co-chair for this year's event will be MTV's Tom Freston, D onna Karan,and Jonathan and Laura Tisch. The highlight of the event will be the game booths headed by supermodel Elle Macpherson. Elle has been busy fielding a powerful supermodel team. Among those on it: Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell (pictured), Shalom Harlow, Eva Herzigova, Amber Valletta, Kate Moss, Paulina Porizkova and Claudia Schiffer. |
