The Pediatric AIDS Foundation identifies, funds and conducts basic pediatric AIDS research. The Foundation's goals include finding therapies to prevent transmission from an infected mother to her newborn, to prolong and improve the lives of children with HIV, and to eliminate HIV in infected children.

The calendar is a collection of shots from Claudia's favorite photographers, including Herb Ritts, Miles Aldridge, Steven Meisel, Helmut Newton, Patrick Demarchelier, Sante D'Orazio, Giles Bensimon, Marc Hispard, Karl Lagerfeld, Mario Testino and Francesco Scavullo.
