Marcus May Be Princess Stephanie's New ManHe, Swedish supermodel Marcus Schenkenberg (pictured), just broke up with his girlfriend. She, superroyal Princess Stephanie of Monaco, has finally dumped adulterous hubby Daniel Ducruet. Now Marcus and Stephanie are steamily "involved" according to the "New York Post." They met in April when Marcus was a presenter at the World Music Awards, an event sponsored by the royal family.Marcus comes as a pleasant reprise to a royal family beset by tragedy, tempest and unhappy relationships. Ducruet fathered two children with then-wife Stephanie before being filmed romping about with Miss Nude Belgium. Prince Ranier, Monaco's reigning monarch, banned Ducruet from Monaco, the Post reports. Nonetheless, there were rumors that he and Stephanie were trying to mend fences -- somthing about which the royal family was not too pleased. That's especially so given Ducruet's pedigree. He was a fish wholesaler and Stephanie's bodyguard before the pair were married. Marcus, on the other hand, is a far better choice. As of the Post report, representatives for both individuals have refused to confirm that a relationship exists. Marcus' booker did tell the Post that this is the second time Marcus has gone to Monaco, but would offer nothing more. |
