Simply key in your message and the destination e-mail address on the backlit keypad and send your message to one of 28 orbiting ORBCOMM satellites. The satellite sends your message down to a Gateway Earth Station where it is routed to its final destination. To retrieve an incoming message, just power up the GSC 100 and ask the satellite for your e-mail. Future optional services will even allow your outbound message transmission to be completed, or your incoming e-mail to be originated, by standard voice call or fax.

With its integrated GPS receiver, the GSC 100 will also navigate you anywhere and back again at the push of a button. Incorporating the full GPS utility of a Magellan Meridian XL and a crisp, high-resolution LCD display, the GSC 100 lets you identify your position, chart your course, follow your progress on the track plotter or record waypoints.
