Reply to catch and release season

I live just outside of Boston but I fish frequently in western Mass. as well as in southern Maine. I don't eat what I catch unless it is a brookie and usually only do that to make my fishing partner happy. I fish because of the sport, not the meal. I wish that they would allow you to fish year long anywhere as long as you don't keep the fish during certain times of year.
