The all-new Shimano Sustain spinning reel was built with one goal in mind: to take performance to an all new level.
The firm, unflexing aluminum body holds all internal parts in truer alignment for smoother operation with less wear.
And for those anglers who've always wanted a higher performing reel to go after heftier fish, Shimano now offers a new 6000 size. Gear efficiency in both the 4000 and 6000 size reels has been increased by 10 percent for greater cranking power and smoother retrieves.
All Sustain reels also feature the new InnerBail (TM) design for greater casting accuracy, Super Stopper II (TM), DynaBalance (R), Power Roller (R), the Positive Click Bail (TM), and a beautiful finish.
