Note One
MIE renders the bullet from a <li> tag as a link when it is wrapped around a <a href> statement, Netscape does not.
for example:
Because of this, when a page viewed with MIE has this syntax, the bullet used will show up as the same color as the link because it is in fact considered part of the anchor. This could be useful to know when you want a bullet's color to be something other than what is designate as the text color.
