The hazardous meteorological phenomena due to Mediterranean depressions are studying. Scheme of depressions trajectories and connected to him areal distribution of the rain fall are presented. Criterion for hazards phenomena classification due to heavy rainfall is proposed.
Correlation between this classification and areal distribution rainfall is good enough and this is used as a base of expert system creation. The task of this expert system is prediction of conditions that bring to hazardous situations. In conjunction the sudden phenomena appearance in the specific area of Bulgaria in dependence on depression route is discussed too. Investigation is oriented to rules creation and their application in synoptic meteorology.
