  XPbin2d()
  Convert a binary variable (8 bytes) to a double
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   Function:   XPbin2d()

                This is the exact reverse of the XPd2bin() function.

   Syntax:     XPd2Bin(<c8bytesString>)

   Arguments:  An 8 bytes binary character string is converted into
               a Clipper numeric.

   Returns:    A clipper numeric double precision number.
