 XPversion()
 Return the version of the Expand Library
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   Function:   XPversion()

               Returns the current Expand Library Version.
               This can be useful when inquiring for Help, to inform which
               version is actually being used.

   Syntax:     XPversion() --> cVersion

   Arguments:  None.

   Returns:    The Evaluation version returns:
                 ? XPversion() --> "3.00 Evaluation version"

                 The Commercial version:
                 ? XPversion() --> "3.00 Commercial version"
