 NGprev()
 Return the adres of the Previous Entry (in Longs)

 Function:      NGprev()

 Syntax:        NGprev() --> nEntry

 Description:   In LONG entries, this returns the Adress of the Entry
                one would get using the [Grey-] key in the NG program.

 Returns:       an Entry or -1 when there in no previous Entry
