  XPenvSize()
  Return the number of bytes reserved for the Environment
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Function:    XPenvSize()

               Returns the #of bytes the environment can hold, this
               is the max size the enviroment can grow.

  Syntax:      XPenvSize()

  Arguments:   None

  Returns:     The number of bytes allocated.

  Usage:       EnvAvail = XPenvSize() - XPenvUsed()
