 XPdoy()
 Return day of Year
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   Function:   XPdoy()

   Syntax:     XPdoy([dVar]) --> nDoy

   Arguments:  dVar is a date, defaults to date() (ie. today).

   Returns:    The number of that Day in the Year. January 1st is day
                 #1, December 31st is the 365th of 366th day of the year.

   Usage:
