XPsetTime()
  Set the system time

   Function:   XPsetTime()

               Using SetTime one can set the time of the
               operating system. that time is used then everywhe-
               re in the system.

   Syntax:     XPsetTime(<cTime>)

   Arguments:  <cTime> is the time in the HH:MM:SS form just as
               time() returns it.

   Returns:    You may eventully check if the time was correctly
               set by checking the return value, it is a logical
               returning .t. if the time was correctly set.

   Usage:      XPsetTime('00:00:00')
