  XPdelAttr()
  Low Level routine to Delete attributes

   Function:   XPdelAttr()

               This is an assembly written function that deletes
               attributes in a SaveScreen() string. Used by XPgetText()
               and XPgetScreen() functions, for instance.

   Syntax:     XPdelAttr(<cSavedScreen>) --> cString

   Arguments:  <cSaved> is a screen portion saved.

   Returns:    a string that represents the screen portion. The
               attributes have been stripped.
