  XPdtr()
  Modem Control function

   Function:   XPdtr()

               This function provides some control over the
               Modem, see XPatModem() for details and usage.

   Syntax:     XPdtr(<lOnOrOff>[,<nPort>])

   Arguments:  <lOnOrOff> a Logical indicating whether Dtr should be
               On or Off, <nPort> as in XPatModem().

   Returns:    Nothing.

   Usage:      See the XPatModem() example.
