 About the DIAL routines:

 These routines make it possible to dial for voice using your Computer
 and the Modem attached to it. If you happen to use a full featured
 communications Library, one could also that Library to dial. These
 routines are just included for convenience, and there are currently
 no plans to include full-scale Communications in the Expand Library, as
 other Libraries handle quite well this stuff.
